About Me
If you’re earning well but still feel unclear about your money… I see you.
You’ve built a meaningful career or business in the health and wellness space. You help people heal, grow, and expand. You invest in yourself. You value freedom over status. And yet, when it comes to your own finances, you sometimes feel like your money isn’t working as hard as you are.
Maybe your savings feel stagnant.
Maybe your investments feel intimidating.
Maybe burnout is creeping in, and you know you need a real wealth plan, not just another good month.
I’m Morgan Blackman, holistic wealth coach, investor, and certified Trauma of Money facilitator. I help well-earning women in wellness turn strong profits into strategic investments that build long-term, sustainable wealth.
Not hustle wealth.
Not performative wealth.
Grounded, values-aligned wealth.
As a self-taught investor with over eight years of experience, I blend practical strategy with intuitive clarity. I’m certified in Trauma of Money facilitation and hold a B.A. in International Development with a focus on political economies and systemic change. Before launching my business in 2020, I worked in the nonprofit sector supporting global poverty reduction initiatives centered around economic livelihood, health, and justice.
What this means for you is simple: I understand both the emotional and systemic layers of money.
We don’t just talk about budgets and portfolios.
We address fear, guilt, inherited money stories, and the nervous-system patterns that keep women from holding more.
Because sustainable wealth requires both structure and safety.
Beyond coaching, I’m someone who deeply values autonomy, creativity, and lived freedom. I manage rental properties, travel intentionally, carve out space for creative work, and design my life around choice. Wealth, to me, is about capacity. The ability to choose rest. To choose impact. To choose expansion.
I’ve been featured in publications including Refinery29, Medium, Thrive Global, and LowestRates.ca, and have partnered with brands like Neo Financial and Four Sigmatic.
If you’re ready to move from high income to high intention…
From reactive money decisions to strategic wealth building…
From burnout to grounded financial clarity…
I’d love to support you.
When you’re ready, book a clarity call and let’s explore what building wealth on your terms could actually look like.

Here's why I first became
a holistic wealth coach.
For a long time, I believed something quietly but deeply: the people who hold the most wealth in the world hold the most power. And you don’t have to look far to see that’s true. Governments shift because of money. Industries move because of money. Entire communities are shaped by who has access to capital and who doesn’t.
When I was in university studying International Development and political economies, I used to wrestle with this tension. I cared deeply about justice, equity, and collective well-being, yet I could see how wealth was concentrated in the hands of people who didn’t always prioritize those values. I remember asking myself one day: instead of constantly fighting “the powers that be,” what if more of the intuitives, healers, and activists of the world held the wealth instead? What if the women who genuinely care about community, sustainability, and impact were also the ones making investment decisions?
That question changed the trajectory of my life.
Instead of rejecting wealth, I decided to understand it. Instead of resenting power, I chose to learn how to build it responsibly. I began investing. I studied markets. I built savings. I committed to creating financial autonomy, not for status or ego, but for service.
Over time, women began coming to me for help with their finances. What I quickly realized, though, was that money was rarely the real issue. Beneath the budgeting questions and investing fears was something deeper: a lack of clarity, a lack of self-trust, and a nervous system that didn’t feel safe making bold, heart-centered decisions. Many were in careers that drained them, relationships that diminished them, or businesses without boundaries. They didn’t just need financial strategy. They needed the capacity to choose differently.
In 2022, I took a year-long hiatus from my business. I had spent years helping others build wealth, yet I hadn’t fully chosen myself. So I stepped back. I focused on my health. I released the pressure to constantly perform. That season transformed me. It taught me that financial planning isn’t just about growing numbers on a screen; it’s about having the freedom to pause when your body or spirit needs you to.
I was able to take that time because I had built savings and invested intentionally. I had prepared. And that preparation gave me space.
That gap year deepened my mission. We don’t build wealth simply to accumulate more. We build wealth so we can choose. Choose rest. Choose alignment. Choose integrity. Choose impact.
Today, my work bridges money and wellness because they were never separate to begin with. I help high-earning, heart-led women build real wealth — not just income — so they can hold power with integrity and create stability without sacrificing softness.
The world does not just need more healers. It needs wealthy healers. It needs grounded, financially literate women who are not afraid to hold money and direct it toward good.
If you’re here, I have a feeling you’re one of them.
